EXCELLENT ice cream! It truly is Splendid!! Their version of birthday cake is the absolute best I’ve ever had. Everything I tried was extraordinary. I love ice cream. I think it is the absolute best human food creation of the world. I’m very critical of ice cream and consider myself a bit of an ice cream connoisseur (no professional training 🫢) Jeni’s is one of the best creameries in our area for sure.

Hezzy’s kindness and expertise made my Jeni’s trip the best!! He gave me some options for ice cream combos and he was absolutely cooking!!! Cannot recommend this location more, especially if Hezzy is working and you are an indecisive person.

Is a great ice cream spot that my kids truly loved, each one of them chose flavors to the liking which were unique in the sense that they weren't just straight up vanilla or chocolate. It was many flavors in between which I appreciate it cuz it was something different. I also liked that we was able to try different flavors before we bought them which was great and made me really happy. For grown adults is not going to be to the most liking. It's maybe a personal thought but it was a little bit sweet for my tasting. They were really good but a little bit too sweet. I do recommend it for families

I don’t usually leave reviews often, but this ice cream was next level. Unique flavors, incredible taste, beautiful space, and an amazing texture you don’t get with regular ice cream

While we had the debacle in Chicago trying to check out Jeni's there, we had much better luck at our local Jeni's. At the behest of Jeni's, I decided to give them another try to see if this store had any gluten free vegan ice cream options available. I called ahead of time to make sure and were told that they had one flavor available by the scoop and 3 more by the pint only. So we made the trip there and am so glad that we did, stove we didn't get to try them in Chicago. Both of my kids were thrilled with the ice cream they had, and I absolutely loved the Banana Cream Pie pint ice cream (gluten free and vegan!). It was so delicious that I might have to make a special trip just to buy another pint. So glad that we gave them a second shot. Now if only all of their locations would have at least a couple of flavors that are both gluten free and vegan on hand at all times, they'd be golden in my book!
